Centralized Management System (CMS) software is used to manage large-scale distributed surveillance projects. LDVR CMS includes 4 independent components: Central Server, Stream Server, E-Map and Client.

Key Functions
- Central Server registers all video servers such as HVR(PCDVR), DVR(NetDVR), IP Cameras in the network in order to manage them
- Register and configure Stream Server to record netwotk video
- Three levels of user: administrator, operator and user. Each level can be configured to have different rights for each device in the network
- User access control for each device such as viewing, remote playback/search, PTZ control and etc.
